I am pretty sure all uchiha members are on the third tamoe.
Im just putting this here for no g-moding for new register uchiha members.
Sharingan Tomoe 1:Activates when you get a near death and have 50 post.
Sharingan Tomoe 2: Activates with a near death when you are a genin and have made 200 post.
Sharingan Tomoe 3: Activates when you get a near death with a kage but have to get it approved the modarator of the group and it takes 5 pages.
Pre Mangekyou Sharingan:Activates when you make 1400 post and jounin level have to approved.
Mangekyou Sharingan Kaleidoscope:Activates when you kill your best friends but you have to get 1950 post and get it approved
Eternal Mangekyou:By removeing you siblings eyes.
Tomoe 1:Able to see minor speed.(acadamy students can activate)
Tomoe 2: Able to see through moderate genjutsu
Able to see moderate speed,copy lower level ninjutsu,and see moderate handseal speed plus minor speed boost.(must have tomoe 1)
Tomoe 3:Able to see through high level genjutsu,able to see through high speed taijutsu,able to copy high level ninjutsu,see major handseal speed
high speed boost which means you can copy jutsu E to B rank.(must have tomoe 2 as well)
Pre Mangekyou:The user gets to use the mangekyou techniques, but they take more chakra to use them than full one.(must have tomoe 3)
Mangkeyou (Kaleidoscope eye):See through most/all genjutsu
see extreme high speeds
see handseals with ease
copy jutsu with easemust see handseals Mayjor speed boost.(must kill ur friends)
Eternal Mangkeyou:Eternal Mangkeyou Form (regular uchihas 3200 post and remove siblings eyes)
Permenent, all mangkeyou techinques are boosted.
Mega Mayjor speed boost.
